Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — delivery, setup, anchoring, a safety check and pickup are all included in your rental price across Gilbert and the East Valley. You don't lift a finger.
Are the inflatables cleaned between rentals?
Always. Every unit is vacuumed, wiped down and disinfected before each party, and inspected for safety. They arrive fresh, dry and spotless.
What surfaces can the bounce houses go on?
Grass is ideal, but we also set up on concrete, pavers, turf and indoor surfaces using the right anchoring system. Just tell us your setup when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for weekends, but reach out anytime — we'll always check for last-minute availability and do our best to make it happen.
What's your weather or cancellation policy?
Safety comes first. If high winds or storms are forecast, we'll work with you to reschedule at no penalty. We'll talk through the details when we confirm your booking.
